House rules

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and the rooms.

Every room has its own terrace, and you are welcome to smoke there.

Please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00.

Please respect the other guests and our neighbours.

Parties, events and loud gatherings are not allowed.

Please keep the common areas clean and tidy.

Please take care of the furniture, equipment and property.

Please lock the doors and windows when leaving the property.

The building is under video surveillance and fitted with a monitored alarm system.

Visitors and extra guests are only allowed with prior approval.

Pets are not allowed in the rooms.

Please do not leave food or rubbish in the common areas.

Please do not move furniture or room equipment without permission.

Check-in is from 14:00. Check-out is until 11:00.

If your flight or bus falls outside those hours, tell us in advance and we will do what we can.

In case of damage, guests may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.

If something breaks or stops working, please tell us. We would far rather fix it during your stay than find out afterwards.

There is no lift. The rooms are on the first floor, one flight of stairs up from the entrance.

The entrance is directly off the street, so there is no long walk to reach the door. If stairs are difficult for you, tell us before you book and we will describe the access honestly.

Free private parking is available on site. Spaces are first come, first served, so let us know roughly when you expect to arrive if you are driving.
